I offer a variety of different programs developed to help you from the inside out. They are designed for those seeking guidance and accountability in their fitness and nutrition routine. No matter which program you choose you will want to be committed to your lifestyle change for a period of 12-16weeks for best results and to protect your metabolism. We can discuss all of the program options at your consultation.
I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, body composition, fitness program design and fixing metabolic adaptation.

12-Week Strong Foundations Program

A 12-week coaching program designed to help you build a foundation of sustainable habits, improve your health, and create lasting results. Includes weekly coaching sessions, foundational workouts, personalized nutrition and fitness guidance, education, accountability support, app access, resources, and customized action plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Mentorship Program
This program is only for those that have successfully completed the 12-week Strong Foundations coaching program within the last 6 months. This program is subscription based that includes a ONE TIME set up fee. You will be billed monthly. It includes biweekly zoom meetings, customized fitness programs, fitness library, and much more to help you continue on your journey.
This program must be approved.

The Strong Method: Lifestyle Program
This program is designed for individuals who have a solid foundation in fitness and nutrition but want expert guidance, accountability, and a personalized strategy to continue progressing toward their goals. This monthly coaching program includes bi-weekly coaching calls, weekly check-ins, customized nutrition and fitness recommendations, app access for ongoing support, and a personalized action plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals. A one-time onboarding fee applies, followed by monthly billing.

Online Coaching using the Fit Budd App
This Program is offered entirely online and through an affordable monthly subscription. You have various plans to choose from starting at only $30 a month.

One on One Personal Training
I offer a variety of different one on one training packages as well as single session options. Each session is personalized to meet your individual goals. Below is a list of options for one on one training.

Personal Training Packages
Single sessions may be purchased at the full hourly rate ranging from $35-$50 a session. Single sessions must be purchased before a session will be booked. Package holders will take priority. For additional information on single sessions please click below.
