Certified through NASM as a Nutrition Coach, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Personal Trainer. Additional certifications as a Program Design Specialist through NSPA, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN. My approach combines nutrition, movement, behavior change, and lifestyle coaching to help clients build sustainable habits, improve their health, and become stronger in real life.

Hi, I'm Beth Nolan, and I'm passionate about helping people build healthier, stronger, and more fulfilling lives.

For more than a decade, I've worked in the health and fitness industry as a coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness educator. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals improve their health, transform their habits, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

My professional journey has included leadership roles within the fitness industry, entrepreneurship, and continuing education in nutrition, behavior change, and health coaching. Along the way, I've built businesses centered around helping people make healthier choices and develop sustainable lifestyles.

What sets my coaching apart is my belief that lasting transformation requires more than a workout plan or a meal plan. Health is complex, and true wellness comes from addressing the whole person. That's why my approach integrates nutrition, movement, mindset, recovery, stress management, and behavior change to create meaningful results that last.

Like many of my clients, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing health, family, career, and personal goals. I understand what it's like to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck. Those experiences shaped my philosophy and fueled my passion for helping others find a path that is both effective and sustainable.

My credentials include certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, behavior change, and program design. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and continue to expand my education to provide the highest level of support and evidence-based guidance to my clients.

Today, I work with individuals who are ready to improve their health, build confidence, increase energy, navigate life's transitions, and create habits that support long-term wellness.
